Rhea R is a Data Analyst at Sprinklr, involved in month-end close meetings for revenue recognition and managing budget variances, as well as overseeing Sales Orders and invoice reconciliation. Previously, Rhea served as a Brand Solutions Trainee at both Walnut Folks Group and Confluencr, where responsibilities included understanding brand needs, proposing marketing strategies, and developing content solutions for clients. Rhea also worked as a Campus Representative at Beat Battalion, managing event execution, and as an Operations and Social Media Intern at Arteastri, handling social media design and content creation. Rhea obtained a Bachelor of Business Administration in Human Resources Management from Mount Carmel College from 2020 to 2023.
