Rohit Unnikrishnan

Rohit Unnikrishnan has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Rohit began their career in 2010 as a Software Engineer at aurionPro Solutions, where they worked on various product development teams and contributed to the enhancement of banking applications. During their time at aurionPro Solutions, they streamlined cash and check collection processes for a major Kenyan bank and developed a retail and merchant forex trading dealer dashboard for a leading Indian bank.

In 2011, Rohit joined Aon Hewitt as an Application Engineer, where they were part of a product development team that designed a case management and claim processing application for a major US client. Rohit received recognition for timely delivery and was awarded the "Living our Values" award.

From 2014 to 2016, Rohit worked as an IT Analyst at Tata Consultancy Services, gaining experience in IT analysis and problem-solving.

In 2018, Rohit joined Accenture as an Associate Manager. In this role, they managed an AI and ML powered SaaS platform that automated Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash financial processes. Rohit focused on identifying market problems and trends to develop problem-oriented features and align the product with the overall business strategy.

Most recently, Rohit worked at Sprinklr starting in 2020. Rohit initially served as a Platform Success Lead, where they analyzed clients' engagement with the platform and created business cases for adopting new features. In December 2021, Rohit transitioned to the role of Manager- Product Success.

Throughout their career, Rohit has demonstrated strong analytical and problem-solving skills, and a track record of delivering results and enhancing client engagement.

Rohit Unnikrishnan obtained a Master of Business Administration (MBA) degree in Information Technology from SPJIMR SP Jain Institute of Management & Research in 2017. Prior to that, they completed their Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Vidyalankar Institute of Technology in Mumbai from 2006 to 2010. Before pursuing higher education, Rohit attended Atomic Energy Central School from 2004 to 2006, where they studied Electrical and Electronics Engineering. Rohit had their early education at the same school from 1993 to 2004, but no specific degree or field of study was mentioned during that period. In addition to their formal education, Rohit Unnikrishnan has obtained several certifications, such as the Sprinklr Community Manager Pro, Sprinklr Modern Care Agent Pro, and Sprinklr Research Analyst Pro from Sprinklr in January 2021. Rohit has also received certifications in Market, PMC Level IV, Focus, Foundations, PMC Level I, PMC Level II, PMC Level III, and Price from Pragmatic Institute between June 2020 and July 2020. Furthermore, they obtained a Big Data Certification from Collabera in June 2015.
