Shrenik Jain

Shrenik Jain has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Shrenik is currently serving as the Vice President of Product Management at Sprinklr since January 2022. Prior to this, they held positions of Senior Director and Director of Product Management at the same company. In these roles, they focused on improving product satisfaction, retention, and implementing AI-powered ROAS optimizations. Shrenik also served as a Lead Product Manager and Product Manager at Sprinklr, where they led the development of advertising and social media functionality.

Before joining Sprinklr, Shrenik co-founded Collegepedia.in in 2014, a platform providing free video lectures for high school and engineering students. Shrenik served as a Co-Founder, aiming to achieve the goal of "Free Education for All".

Additionally, Shrenik has worked as a Coordinator at the Forum for Industry Interaction (FII), IIM Ahmedabad, where they facilitated consulting projects between student teams and companies. Shrenik was also a Summer Intern at Strategy&, part of the PwC network.

Earlier in their career, Shrenik held the role of Manager Operations at Tata Steel, where they were responsible for project management and operations of a Central Effluent Treatment Plant. Shrenik also gained experience as a Summer Intern at BOC India, where they focused on process efficiency and solving issues related to heat exchangers.

Shrenik Jain completed their Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) in Chemical Engineering from the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur from 2009 to 2013. Shrenik then pursued a Post Graduate Program in Management at the Indian Institute of Management Ahmedabad, specializing in Business Administration and Management, from 2015 to 2017. In 2016, they also briefly attended the Solvay Brussels School of Economics and Management, focusing on Business Administration and Management.
