Sonali Jagwani

Sonali Jagwani currently serves as the Culture & Talent Lead at Sprinklr since September 2023. Previously, Sonali held the role of Director - People at Accorian from March 2022 to July 2023 and worked as a Human Resources Manager at KPMG from September 2020 to November 2021. Additionally, Sonali served as HR Manager and Assistant Manager Human Resources at EY between January 2018 and June 2020, and co-founded Sonago Creations Pvt Ltd, contributing from July 2016 to December 2017. Earlier experience includes positions as Assistant Manager Human Resources at EY and HCL Technologies, and a starting role as a Management Trainee in Learning & Development. Sonali holds an MBA in HR from Amity University and a Bachelor of Science in Chemistry from Delhi University.
