Sophie Qiu completed their Bachelor's degree in English Language and Literature from Guangdong Peizheng College from 2007 to 2011. In 2017, they furthered their education at the University of Wollongong, where they obtained their Bachelor's degree in Information Technology. Sophie Qiu then pursued a Master's degree in Business Administration at the University of Birmingham from 2018 to 2021, specializing in Business Administration and Management.
In addition to their academic achievements, Sophie Qiu also obtained various certifications. Sophie completed the "Azure Administration Essential Training" and "Learning Cloud Computing: Core Concepts" courses from LinkedIn in April 2021.
