Susan Kanner

Susan Kanner is an experienced sales professional with a strong background in account management and enterprise sales across multiple technology companies. Currently serving as a Large Enterprise Account Executive at Sprinklr since April 2025, Susan previously held the position of Senior Enterprise Account Executive at Genesys from March 2021 to April 2025, where significant achievements included driving digital transformation for enterprise customers and securing an $8 million competitive win.
