Nick Kirby

Nick Kirby is the VP of Partnerships at Sprinter Health. Prior to joining Sprinter, Nick served as the Sr Director of Corporate Development at Labcorp, where they were responsible for sourcing, evaluating, and leading licensing deals and strategic partnerships. Nick also has experience in production engineering, having worked at Syngenta, and they interned at Amway in their liquids manufacturing department. In 2015, Nick co-founded Encapsio, a company that develops and produces silicone microencapsulation systems for the protection and controlled release of active ingredients. Nick served as the CEO of Encapsio from 2015 to 2019.

Nick Kirby has a Master of Business Administration from Duke University's Fuqua School of Business and a BS in Chemical Engineering from the University of Virginia.
