Mercédesz Sztanojev

Mercedes Cruz serves as Chief Operations & Creative Officer at Insuring Impact, Inc. since September 2020, contributing to the organization's mission of ensuring impact beyond insurance. In addition, Cruz has held the position of Creative Director at Immerse Inc. since November 2017, focusing on delivering digital marketing solutions for a variety of businesses. Previous experience includes serving as a Police Explorer Adult Advisor at Milpitas Police Department from October 2010 to October 2019, fostering interest in law enforcement careers among youth, and as a Training Coordinator at Tesla from December 2013 to May 2016, providing training support for key projects. Additionally, Cruz worked as Lead Activities Coordinator for Learning for Life from October 2012 to May 2013, enhancing character development programs. A graduate of California State University - East Bay, Cruz holds a Bachelor of Science in Criminal Justice/Law Enforcement Administration.
