Chinmay Laddha

Chinmay Laddha has a diverse work experience. Chinmay started their career as a Decision Science Intern at CASHe - Instant Personal Loans in 2019. Chinmay then worked as a Student Researcher at Vinod Gupta School of Management, where they focused on strategic oil reserves and analyzed Warren Buffett's shareholder letters. In 2020, they interned as an Equity Research and Data Automation Intern at Parag Parikh Financial Advisory Services Limited.

In 2021, Chinmay joined IIFL Securities as an Assistant Manager-Product Management, where they worked on creating client acquisition journeys and used SQL and Python for data analysis and visualization. Chinmay then moved to Shree Poly Tex Packaging Industries as the Head of Products and Operations. Here, they played a key role in manufacturing packaging materials, reducing wastage, and using Python for data analysis. Currently, Chinmay is working at Sprinto in a product role since 2023.

Chinmay Laddha completed their education at the Indian Institute of Technology, Kharagpur from 2016 to 2021. Chinmay pursued a Dual Degree program, where they obtained a Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech) in Industrial Engineering and a Master of Technology (M.Tech) in Financial Engineering. Prior to that, from 2015 to 2016, they attended St Stephen's Higher Secondary School for their 12th Board education, focusing on Science.

In addition to their formal education, Chinmay Laddha has also obtained several certifications. In September 2022, they completed the "IBM AI Engineering Specialisation" from IBM Skills Network. In August 2022, they obtained certifications in "Advanced Product Management" and "Become a Product Manager" from Udemy. Furthermore, they completed the "Cutshort Certified Machine Learning (ML) - Advanced" certification from Cutshort. In August 2022, they also obtained certifications in "Introduction to Deep Learning & Neural Networks with Keras" and "Machine Learning with Python" from IBM Skills Network.
