Riya Thakar

Riya Thakar is currently a Human Resources Intern at MetroGuild, Inc. since May 2023. Prior experience includes multiple intern roles in human resources at Let's Vume, Godrej Agrovet Limited, and GAOTek Inc., where Riya was involved in recruitment, candidate coordination, and diversity initiatives. As Placement Cell Coordinator at Fergusson College, Riya contributed to the establishment of the arts department's first placement cell and engaged in promotional content creation. Additionally, Riya held leadership responsibilities in the PSY-FY club, managing logistics for online events. Riya holds a Bachelor's degree in Psychology from Fergusson College and is pursuing an MSc in Psychology (HRDM) at Christ University, Bangalore.
