Sheina Laws

Sheina Laws is an experienced organizational development professional with a robust background in managing people and culture initiatives at SprintRay Inc. since March 2022. In addition to current roles as President and Vice President on the Board of Directors at Temecula Preparatory School, Sheina has held significant positions in various organizations, including Business Process and Analytics Manager at Pechanga Resort Casino and Senior Director of Data Analytics & Insights at Partners In Leadership. With a foundational career in human resources, leadership consulting, and organizational effectiveness, Sheina has led project management and advanced analytics teams, driving operational improvements and client satisfaction. Academically, Sheina holds a Ph.D. in Industrial and Organizational Psychology and has obtained both an MS in Organizational Psychology and a BA in Psychology from recognized institutions.
