Ayman Bazaraa is a seasoned technology entrepreneur and executive with extensive experience in the software and automotive industries. As the CEO and Co-Founder of Sprints since May 2019, Ayman has been instrumental in creating an end-to-end solution to address the tech talent gap. Prior to Sprints, Ayman co-founded Avelabs, which became a leading software provider for autonomous vehicles, and successfully scaled the company to over 300 R&D engineers across multiple countries. Ayman also co-founded MicroDoers, specializing in Augmented Reality solutions. Notably, during a tenure at Valeo, Ayman directed the establishment of the company's R&D center in Egypt, contributing to its status as the largest software hub in the region. Ayman's earlier career includes impactful roles at IBM and Orange, where innovative software solutions were developed. Ayman holds a B.Sc. in Electronics and Communication from Cairo University and completed a program at CEDEP in association with INSEAD in 2014.
