Vishal Madaan

Head of Customer Engagement at Sprout.ai

Vishal Madaan has a wealth of experience in customer success and account management. Vishal began their career in 2007 as a Business Analyst at HCL Technologies, where they implemented the business analysis plan, gathered user and system functional requirements, and analysed requirements for a project. From 2009 to 2011, they worked at The Fizzback Group as an Operations Account Manager, managing commercial relationships with existing large and multi-site blue chip clients. Vishal then joined NICE Ltd as a Customer Success/Account Management - SaaS Platform, applying a hybrid methodology for successful delivery of projects and managing major Telco accounts. In 2018, they became the Director of Customer Success at Arkivum, where they identified commercial opportunities, led negotiations of new contracts, and successfully reduced customer churn. Most recently, in 2021, they were appointed as the Key Account Director at Zoovu. Currently, they are the Head of Customer Engagement at Sprout.ai.

Vishal Madaan's educational history includes a Master's degree in Information Systems Management from The London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) from 2007 to 2008. Vishal also received a Prince 2 certification from OGC in 2009 and 2010. In addition, Vishal has obtained a number of certifications, including Cryptography, Hardware Security, Software Security, Usable Security from the University of Maryland in 2022, a Google Data Analytics Professional Certificate from Google in 2021, and a Prince2 certification.
