Chrissy Newbauer has a diverse work experience spanning over two decades. chrissy started their career as a Mortgage Loan Officer at Southeastern Residential Mortgage in 1998 and then moved on to Wells Fargo Home Mortgage in 2004. At both companies, they provided exceptional customer service, developed and maintained client relationships, and effectively communicated mortgage loan requirements.
In 2009, Chrissy transitioned to the pharmaceutical industry and joined Slate Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as a Customer Service Manager. In this role, they strengthened relationships with both external customers (physicians) and internal customers (field representatives). chrissy managed daily orders, handled special requests, and worked closely with the distribution center.
chrissy continued their career in the pharmaceutical industry, holding the position of Culture Director at both Actient Pharmaceuticals, LLC from 2011 to 2013 and Auxilium Pharmaceuticals, Inc. in 2013. In these roles, they acted as the internal contact for Key Opinion Leaders, built long-term relationships with various business partners, and provided exceptional service to both external and internal customers. chrissy also contributed to the development of new business and the management of accounts.
In 2015, Chrissy returned to Sprout Pharmaceuticals, Inc. as a Customer Service Manager. chrissy served in this role until 2016, responsible for managing customer service operations.
Since 2016, Chrissy has been working at The Pink Ceiling as an Ambassador of Advocacy, where they continue to contribute their skills and expertise.
In 2018, Chrissy once again joined Sprout Pharmaceuticals, Inc., this time as an Operations Manager.
