Adi Lavi

Adi Lavi is the Senior Director of Venture Incubators at OurCrowd, where they focus on promoting initiatives with government agencies and academic institutions, while supporting the "Start-Up Nation" concept. Since 2018, Adi has served as an Executive Board Member at Zaza, a women’s sports community that fosters participation in sports for women and girls in Israel. With prior experience as a Government and Foreign Relations Advisor at the Israeli Ministry of Foreign Affairs and a Legislative Analyst at the Embassy of Israel to the United States, Adi has played a significant role in shaping policy and promoting gender equality in sports. Adi holds a Master’s degree in International Relations from The Hebrew University and a Bachelor's degree from Bar-Ilan University.
