John Castaños

John Castaños has a diverse work experience in various companies. John began their career at Lake Michigan Credit Union, where they worked as a Member Service Representative and later as a Financial Risk Analyst. In 2013, they joined Perrigo Company plc, taking on various roles including Global Compensation & Projects Lead, Manager of International Compensation & Projects, Director of Total Rewards, and Senior Director of Total Rewards & Executive Compensation. Most recently, they joined Sprouts Farmers Market as Vice President of Total Rewards and later Vice President of Store Support HR & Total Rewards.

John Castaños holds a BBA in International Business & Finance from Grand Valley State University. John also obtained an additional certification in Executive MBA from IE Business School in 2021.
