Ron Six

Ron Six has over 18 years of work experience in various leadership and operational roles. Ron has been working as a Store Director and Certified Facilitator at Sprouts Farmers Market since June 2018. In this role, they have been responsible for defining the organizational culture and assisting in the management of up to 26 stores across 9 states.

Prior to that, Ron worked as an Independent Senior Consultant at GLG (Gerson Lehrman Group) from January 2011. Ron supported, managed, and developed multiple locations across multiple states as a Regional Director of Operations at Camp Bow Wow from November 2016 to June 2018.

In addition, they hold certifications as a Food Safety Manager from the State of North Carolina, which they obtained in the year 2024, and as a Certified Facilitator in Leadership, Culture, and Values from Heidrick & Struggles, which they acquired in the year 2021.
