Shannon Constance

Shannon Constance has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning over 23 years in various creative and leadership roles. Most recently, they worked at Sprouts Farmers Market as the Sr. Creative Director. Prior to that, Shannon served as the Vice President, Creative Director at Select Blinds, where they implemented customer-centric marketing strategies and managed internal projects to drive sales progress and organizational growth.

Before their role at Select Blinds, Shannon held multiple positions at Bath & Body Works, including Creative Director, Retail, where they coordinated storytelling initiatives and managed marketing campaigns. Shannon also served as the Creative Director, White Barn Division, overseeing the relaunch of White Barn Candle Company and implementing innovative creative campaigns for the opening of over 450 stores.

In addition, Shannon has experience in the e-commerce sector, having worked as the Associate Creative Director and Digital Art Director at Bath & Body Works. Shannon successfully led and collaborated with creative teams to design high-impact brand promotion and marketing initiatives.

Before their time at Bath & Body Works, Shannon worked at inVentiv Health and RIESTER in digital art director roles. Shannon also served as the Digital Creative Director at Terralever and held various positions at PetSmart, including Digital Design Manager and Senior Graphic Designer.

Shannon's career started at The Martz Agency as a Production Designer.
