Alana Kadden Ballon

Alana Kadden Ballon is an experienced executive currently serving as Vice President of Revenue Operations at Sprout Social, Inc. since October 2024. Additionally, Alana is a Board Member at the Redwood City Education Foundation. From February 2021 to February 2024, Alana held the position of Vice President of Revenue Development & Operations at Wiz, where leadership was provided in developing a global go-to-market strategy that achieved over $350 million in annual recurring revenue. Prior experience includes roles at Duo Security, where significant contributions were made as Global GTM & Strategy Leader and Director of Sales Enablement & Productivity, and as the Founder of Inqune, which grew from inception to over $4 million in revenue. Alana holds a Master’s Degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology from Teachers College, Columbia University, and a Bachelor’s Degree in Business Economics and Arabic from UCLA.
