Courtney Sandberg

Courtney Sandberg is a seasoned professional in product design and user experience with extensive experience in leadership and management roles across various companies. Currently serving as Senior Director of Product Design Enablement at Sprout Social, Inc. since October 2019, Courtney has effectively transitioned through multiple roles including Director and Senior Manager in the same domain. Prior experience includes a Manager position at Venmo, overseeing the design and implementation of key product initiatives, and a Manager of Interaction Design role at Uptake, where collaboration with product teams and management of design staff were paramount.
