Salena S. currently serves as Senior Manager of Product Design at Sprout Social, Inc., overseeing mobile and global design teams dedicated to enhancing Android and iOS applications and web experiences. Salena excels in strategic partnerships, mentorship, and facilitating design workshops while fostering career development within the design team. Prior to this role, Salena worked as a Senior Product Designer at Motorola Solutions, leading human-centered design initiatives for critical products and influencing product roadmaps. Other experiences include roles at GGP, Design Clinic, Garmin International, and as a research assistant at both the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign and the National University of Singapore.
