Trinity Malito

Trinity Malito currently serves as the Director of People Business Partner for R&D at Sprout Social, Inc., a position held since August 2025. Prior to this role, Trinity was a Senior Manager, Lead People Business Partner at Braze for a brief period in 2025, and spent four years at Signifyd with various roles including Director of HR Business Partnerships. Earlier experience includes roles at ActiveCampaign, where Trinity focused on HR business partnership within technology teams, and contributed significantly to employee engagement and inclusion initiatives. Trinity's HR career began at UI LABS as an Associate and Intern, supporting various HR functions and programs. Trinity holds a Bachelor's Degree with a double major in Management (HR Management) and Hospitality Leadership from DePaul University.
