Austin Felice, PRC, currently holds the position of Sr. Manager of Talent Acquisitions at Sprout, a role taken on in October 2021 following a promotion from Manager of Talent Acquisitions. Prior experience includes serving as Manager of Talent Acquisitions at Suntex Marinas, where significant contributions were made including the hiring of over 600 operations employees and implementing various recruitment metrics and systems. Previous roles include talent acquisition at Brink’s, operations recruitment at SolarCity, and IT recruitment at Southwest Search and Technical Resource Group. Austin holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing with a minor in Personal Sales from the University of Central Oklahoma and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Oklahoma State University.
