Shriya Ravikumar

Shriya Ravikumar is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in operations, business strategy, and revenue growth across various technology companies. Currently serving as Chief Operating Officer at Spruce Health since March 2024, Shriya previously held the position of VP of Business Strategy & Development at Chief. Shriya’s prior roles include Global VP of GTM Strategy & Operations and Global VP of Revenue Strategy & Operations at Front, as well as Senior Director and Director of Sales & Support Strategy & Operations at Intercom. Shriya has also worked at Twitter in various leadership roles within business operations and began career at Bain & Company as a consultant. Shriya is involved in educational philanthropy as a Board Member of the Midtown Educational Foundation and has been recognized as a Kellogg Board Fellow. Academic credentials include an MBA from Northwestern University’s Kellogg School of Management and a BBA in Finance from the Texas McCombs School of Business.
