Rishi Raman

Rishi Raman has three years of work experience in Human Resources. In 2021, they began working at Spruce InfoTech, Inc. as a Corporate Human Resources. Prior to that, they were a Sr. HR Executive at IDC Technologies, Inc. from 2020 to 2021. Rishi'srole included Manpower Planning and Talent Acquisition, such as planning proper recruitment mix for all positions and preparing job descriptions and position content documents. From 2018 to 2020, they were an HR Executive at Profuse HR, where their responsibilities included sourcing, screening, hiring, interviewing, salary negotiation, joining formalities, documentation, onboarding formalities, employee engagement, and offer roll out.

Rishi Raman completed their PGDM in Human Resources Management and Services from Amity University in 2021. Prior to this, they obtained a Bachelor of Technology - BTech in Mechanical Engineering from Motivational Pathway in 2018, after studying there from 2014 to 2018.
