Saseendra Naidu has been working in the IT recruitment field since 2019. Saseendra began their career as a US IT Recruiter at Idexcel in 2019, where they were responsible for utilizing web recruitment tools such as Dice and Monster as well as sourcing candidates through internal databases, job boards, and referrals. In 2020, they moved to Galaxy i technologies Inc as a US IT Recruiter, where they recruited candidates for both full-time and contract IT positions and posted ads for various IT requirements on job boards and other job posting websites. In 2021, they joined Nityo Infotech as a Technical Recruiter, where they were responsible for internal recruitment activities such as planning, screening, shortlisting, scheduling, preliminary interviewing, follow up, and offer negotiation. Currently, they are working as a Senior US IT Recruiter at Spruce InfoTech, Inc since 2023.

Saseendra Naidu obtained a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science from Sri Krishnadevaraya University between 2016 and 2019.
