Ramon Alvarado I I McIt

Ramon Alvarado is an accomplished IT professional with extensive experience in operations management and technical leadership. Currently serving as the Manager of IT Operations at Sprucegrove Investment Management Ltd. since September 2020, Ramon previously held the position of Technical Team Lead at Ontario Teachers' Pension Plan from August 2013 to September 2020. Earlier roles include IT Systems Administrator at Onex and System Administrator at Fasken Martineau DuMoulin. Ramon holds a Bachelor of Science from the University of Toronto, a Bachelor of Applied Science from Ryerson University, and completed the High Impact People Leadership Program at Ivey Business School in 2015, along with additional education in management principles and technology. Ramon is certified as an MCSA, MCITP, and MCP.
