Carolina Vargas

Carolina Vargas has a diverse work experience in various companies and roles. Carolina began their career as an intern at Credit Suisse in 2012. In the same year, they joined Grupo Bimbo as a Corporate Treasury Analyst and later progressed to become a Corporate Treasury Junior Manager and then a Corporate Treasury Manager, focusing on Financial Risk Management. In 2018, Carolina worked at Bain & Company as a Summer Associate, and in 2019, they joined the company as a Consultant. Most recently, they have been working at Spruceview Capital Partners LLC, starting as the Latin America Representative in 2020 and currently holding the position of Senior Vice President since January 2022.

Carolina Vargas pursued their education at Instituto Tecnológico Autónomo de México from 2008 to 2013, graduating with a Bachelor of Arts in Economics, specializing in Financial Economics. Carolina later attended The University of Chicago Booth School of Business from 2017 to 2019, where they obtained a Master of Business Administration degree with a focus on Business Administration and Management.
