Justin Ng

Justin Ng is a Patent Scientist at Spruson & Ferguson since August 2023, previously serving as a Research Scientist at Genetic Leap from June 2021 to July 2023, where experimentation for small molecule and oligonucleotide drug screenings was conducted. Prior roles include Research Fellow for Cell and Gene Therapy and Molecular Virology at the National University of Singapore, focusing on mesenchymal stem cell therapies and virulence factors associated with enterovirus EV-A71, respectively. Earlier experience includes a Graduate Research Fellowship at the Singapore-MIT Alliance for Research & Technology, investigating the impact of amyloid-beta on neuronal cell membrane fluidity, and an attachment as a student at A*STAR, gaining hands-on skills in molecular biology techniques. Justin Ng holds a Ph.D. and a B.Sc. (Hons) in Biological Sciences from Nanyang Technological University, Singapore.
