Janina Tietje is a seasoned professional in human resources and people management, currently serving as a Senior People Innovation Partner and Learning & Development Manager at Spryker since November 2018, where the focus is on B2B and enterprise-level commerce solutions. Prior to this role, Janina held positions at SpringtechPartners as a People & Culture Manager and Junior People Manager, along with experience in HR & Recruiting as a working student and intern. Janina began the career at Nordzucker AG in HR Development & Projects.
