Kristal Burgess

Kristal Burgess, PMP, CPC, is a Senior Project Manager at SPS Commerce since May 2021, with extensive experience in project leadership, account on-boarding, and EDI management. Prior to this role, Kristal served at Europa Sports Products from July 2005 to May 2021 in various positions, including Corporate Account Business Manager and Business Process Coordinator, where responsibilities encompassed process improvements, customer contract reviews, and EDI setup. Additional experience includes the role of Outreach Director at Christ Deliverance Church from January 2008 to December 2011, coordinating community outreach projects. Kristal holds a Bachelor of Science in Marketing from the University of South Carolina Darla Moore School of Business, earned between 2000 and 2004.
