Tayyab Shaikh is a seasoned professional with extensive experience in customer support and analytics services. Currently serving as the Director of Global Analytics Support & Category Services at SPS Commerce since January 2016, Tayyab leads teams to effectively manage customer portfolios and enhance platform usage. Prior to this role, Tayyab held multiple leadership positions at ToolBox - Win At Retail, including Director of Category Services and Vice President of Customer Care, contributing to customer satisfaction and operational success. Earlier career experiences include roles at Best Buy Canada, starting as a Customer Service Representative. Tayyab earned a Bachelor of Science in Computer Information Systems from DeVry University of Technology between 1999 and 2002.
