Alexander Burgess

Alexander Burgess serves as the Chief Operating Officer for North America at SPS since January 2021, bringing extensive experience from previous roles, including Senior Vice President of North America Delivery Operations at Xerox, where oversight included eight vice presidents, 500+ managers, and over 7,000 employees. At Xerox, Alexander developed strategic plans that drastically reduced service costs and streamlined operations. Additional roles at Xerox included Senior Vice President of Global Customer Service Delivery and multiple vice president positions, focusing on delivery management, value chain management, and client operations. Earlier experience also includes serving as Area President at Republic Services, managing a substantial P&L, and overseeing multiple business unit leaders. Alexander holds a Bachelor of Applied Science in Business from the Rochester Institute of Technology.
