Matthias Huettner

Matthias Huettner is an accomplished professional specializing in operational excellence and continuous improvement, currently serving as the Head of Operational Excellence at SPS since April 2022. With a robust background in global operations, Matthias held senior roles at Swissport from 2011 to 2022, including Senior Vice President of Global Operations and Vice President of Global Operations, where responsibilities encompassed operational support, performance management, and training. Prior experience includes positions at SBB as Kaizen Headcoach, Swiss International Air Lines as Manager Ground Processes, Capgemini as Senior Consultant in the distribution and transportation sector, and Lufthansa Consulting as a Consultant focused on the aviation industry. Matthias holds a Diploma in Business Administration from the University of Regensburg and an MBA from Murray State University, complemented by recent education from the University of Lucerne.
