Mike Roderick

Mike Roderick serves as the Americas Service Manager at SPT Labtech since December 2021, overseeing the field service organization and managing a team responsible for training, performance reviews, and recruitment. Previously, Mike held the position of Senior Service Manager at Gilson, where responsibility included the growth of North American service operations and day-to-day service center management. Additional experience includes owning Sea Salt Travel Company, LLC, and serving as North America Field Service Manager at Biotage AB, managing all field service activities. Mike began a successful career at Waters Corporation as a Regional Service Manager and also held various sales roles at Thermo Fisher Scientific and Waters Corporation, focusing on business development and exceeding revenue goals. Mike holds a Bachelor of Science in Natural Science with a Chemistry emphasis from Missouri Western State University.
