Simon Tullett has a diverse work experience spanning several industries. Simon started their career in 1986 as a Test Engineer at BOOTHROYD STUART LIMITED. From 1988 to 1992, they worked at Neve Electronics International Ltd as a Product Support Engineer, where they provided support for analogue mixing desks and moving fader systems.

In 1992, Simon joined the Royal Auxiliary Air Force (RAuxAF) as a Leading Aircraftsman, where they underwent training in areas such as Close Quarter Battle, Fighting In Built Up Areas, and Fire Fighting, among others.
