Jason Heirene

Jason Heirene is a seasoned engineer specializing in process engineering within the semiconductor industry. Currently serving as Staff Engineer PVD and previously as Principal Process Engineer at SPTS Technologies Ltd, a KLA Company, since June 2020, Jason has built a strong foundation in process development. Prior to this, Jason worked as a Field Process Engineer at SPTS Technologies Ltd from November 2017 to June 2020. Jason's experience also includes a significant tenure at Infineon Technologies, where responsibilities included serving as Senior Process Engineer focusing on Passivation & Solder Bump from December 2010 to October 2017, along with earlier roles as Process Engineering Assistant and R&D Technician.
