Kyle Lebouitz

Kyle Lebouitz is the Director of Technology for Release Etch Products at KLA since September 2021. Prior to this role, Kyle held the same position at SPTS Technologies Ltd. since June 2013. Kyle was previously the CTO & Founder of XACTIX, Inc. before its acquisition by SPTS in June 2013. Kyle holds a PhD in Mechanical Engineering from the University of California, Berkeley and dual Bachelor's degrees in Mechanical Engineering and Manufacturing Engineering from Worcester Polytechnic Institute.
