Dermot H O'Sullivan is a seasoned finance and strategy professional with extensive experience spanning over 15 years in various industries, including sports, consulting, and renewable energy. Currently serving as a Board Trustee for SpunOut.ie and as a Principal at StoneLodge Consulting, Dermot provides strategic and financial consultancy to Irish start-ups and SMEs. In addition, Dermot works as a Financial Business Consultant for the Irish Rugby Football Union, leading finance transformation initiatives. As a co-founder of DuuGong.com, Dermot champions sustainability efforts through a social platform. Prior roles include Finance Director at PRO14 Rugby, where Dermot managed significant financial operations and strategic expansions, and various positions at Diageo, where Dermot contributed to shared services strategy and productivity improvements. Dermot holds a Chartered Accountant qualification from Chartered Accountants Ireland and a Bachelor of Arts in Law and Accounting from the University of Limerick.
