Suzanne Mulholland

Suzanne works with Mantra Strategy where her current role of Director – Strategy, People and Culture allows her to work with incredible clients with a focus on purpose and inclusion. She has over 25 years’ experience in HR driving transformational change and growth in both corporate and not for profit organisations including Children’s Health Foundation, Pieta, SVP, CMRF, Voltedge, 2RN and St. Michael’s House.

CIPD qualified, Suzanne also holds a BA in Sociology and is a qualified Executive Coach with a passion for working with organisations on culture strategies that drive inclusion, innovation and growth.

Suzanne lives in Dublin with her husband Mark and their two (almost grown up) boys. She loves to spend her free time hanging out with them and walking the beach with a good crime podcast.
