Justin Fortune has extensive experience in the restaurant and hospitality industry, currently serving as COO of Specialty Brands (Hussar Grill, Nikos, and Casa Bella) at Spur Corporation since January 2014. Prior to this role, Justin held the position of Franchise Executive at SPUR STEAK RANCHES LIMITED from January 2000 to November 2021, where significant contributions were made to franchise operations and brand development.
