Kareema Isaacs

Kareema Isaacs has extensive experience in the IT Support industry. Currently working at Spur Corporation since March 2015, Kareema holds various managerial and team lead positions within the Desktop Support department. Kareema is responsible for managing incidents, requests, and providing operational support as per agreed standards and SLA's. Prior to Spur Corporation, Kareema worked at MWEB from October 2006 to March 2015 in technical support roles, assisting clients with connectivity issues and troubleshooting hardware or software issues. Kareema graduated from INTEC Education College in 2003.
