Lauren Fennell

Lauren Fennell has extensive experience in educational and support roles, currently serving as a Family Support Worker at Spurgeons since June 2022. Previous positions include a Teaching Assistant at The White Horse Federation from September 2016 to August 2023 and an earlier role as a Teaching Assistant at Creative Education Trust from February 2019 to July 2019. Additionally, Lauren worked as a Call Handler for Northamptonshire Police in late 2018, and as Room Senior at Paddingtons Playstation where management of a small team was a key responsibility. Other significant roles include serving as a SENCo and Key Worker at Paddingtons Playstation, alongside customer service positions at Lloyds Pharmacies, TONI&GUY Hairdressing, and Michael Jones Jeweller. Lauren possesses multiple qualifications in team leading, management, and the children and young people's workforce, alongside a BTEC in Fine Art from Northampton College. Currently enrolled at the City of Portsmouth College, further professional development is underway.
