Carlos Galhardo

Carlos Galhardo is a seasoned IT professional with extensive experience in global IT leadership and business relationship management. Currently serving as Sr Director of IT and BRM at SPX Cooling Tech, LLC since October 2010, Carlos oversees IT operations for the Cooling business across North America, EMEA, and APAC, with a focus on M&A activities, including due diligence and integration. Previously, Carlos held the position of Director of IT and BRM at SPX Transformer Solutions, Inc., managing information technology across plants in Wisconsin, North Carolina, and Texas. Carlos's career includes roles at Eaton, where responsibilities encompassed manufacturing, quality, and engineering systems for the automotive group globally. Educational qualifications include a Post Graduate degree in Business Management from FAAP and an undergraduate degree in Information Technology from the Universidade de Taubaté.
