Mark Castonguay

Mark Castonguay is an experienced operations and manufacturing leader with a career spanning over two decades. Currently serving as Focus Factory Manager at SPX Cooling Technologies, Inc. since October 2021, Mark has previously held significant roles such as General Manager at American Marksman, LLC, and Assistant Plant Manager at Adient. Additional experience includes Senior Manager of Factory Operations at Northrop Grumman, Director of Operations at Micron Industries Corporation, and multiple managerial positions at Cobham, McLaughlin Body Company, and Lear Corporation. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Operations Management and Supervision from Kansas State University.
