Michael Francis

Michael Francis is an experienced operations leader with a robust background in plant management and continuous improvement across various industries. Currently serving as Senior Plant Manager at SPX Cooling Tech, LLC, Michael oversees multiple plants with over 300 employees and supports a second assembly plant. Previous roles include Plant Manager at Prinsco, Inc., where Michael enhanced safety and quality initiatives while significantly improving operational efficiency, and Performance Excellence Manager at Mercy Medical Center, focusing on quality improvement and strategic planning.
