Alan Pini is a seasoned process engineer with a strong background in food science, holding an engineering degree from the Technical University of Denmark. Since November 2014, Alan has been with SPX Flow Technology, focusing on R&D in spray drying, extraction, and emulsification, along with executing customer tests and providing technology support to the sales team and customers. Prior to this role, Alan served as a Sales Manager at Cargill from May 2011 to November 2014, where responsibilities included managing the commercial aspects of starches, lecithin, and hydrocolloids in the Scandinavian market, demonstrating a strong technical understanding of emulsifiers and food systems. Earlier experience at Palsgaard A/S from 2007 to May 2011 as Application and Technical Sales Manager involved developing new texturizing solutions and offering technical support to clients.
