Alberto Scotti has a diverse work experience that spans over different industries. Alberto started their career at Technical Commercial Company in 1998 and worked there until 2005. Alberto then joined Franco Tosi Meccanica as an Engineer, where they were involved in designing equipment for vibration tests and developing acquisition data systems. Alberto moved on to Enginsoft in 2006 as a CFD analyst before joining Flowserve Corporation in 2008. At Flowserve, they held various roles, including Product Specialist, Product Development and R&D Supervisor, and Product Development, R&D, and Warranty Manager. Alberto's responsibilities at Flowserve included leading product development teams, managing R&D improvement activities, providing support to different departments, and solving customer problems. In 2016, they joined SPX FLOW, Inc. as the Industrial Pumps Product Engineering Director. Alberto later took on roles as the Industrial, Marine, and Hygienic Pumps Product Engineering Director and the Pumps and Sanitary Components Product Engineering Director. Alberto is currently the VP Component Engineering and R&D at SPX FLOW, Inc. In their current role, they manage engineering groups, leads new product development projects, and oversees the product maintenance program.

Alberto Scotti earned a Master's degree in Aerospace Engineering from Politecnico di Milano, graduating in 2005. Prior to that, they obtained a High School Diploma in Scientific studies from Liceo scientifico "L. Mascheroni" in 1998.
