Ellen CAI has extensive experience in the legal field, having held various roles such as Senior Legal Counsel, Legal Counsel, and Associate Attorney in companies such as SPX FLOW, Inc., Saint-Gobain, AREVA T&D/Alstom Grid, and Grandall Law Firm. Ellen has a strong educational background with degrees in law from East China University of Political Science and Law, Renmin University of China, and Chicago-Kent College of Law. Ellen has provided legal support to internal clients in Greater China, Japan, Australia, and New Zealand, and has handled various corporate legal issues, M&A projects, and employment matters throughout their career.
