Anita Tavakley

Anita T. has a diverse work experience spanning across various industries and roles. Anita is currently working at SpyCloud as a Revenue Operations Manager since April 2023. Prior to that, they held the position of Sr. Customer Success Manager at the same company from September 2021 to March 2023.

Before joining SpyCloud, Anita worked at Dealerware as a Customer Success Account Manager from May 2019 to September 2021. Anita'sresponsibilities included helping dealerships optimize their use of Dealerware's digital fleet management platform and ensuring customer success through various communication channels and collaborations with different teams.

Anita also gained experience at AllClear ID as a Client Success Manager, specifically as a Response Ready Advisor, from April 2017 to January 2019. In this role, they managed client relationships, monitored account health, and implemented strategies to enhance client success and retention.

Prior to their experience in customer success roles, Anita worked as a Product Development Scientist at Upsher-Smith Laboratories from April 2011 to February 2016. Anita'sresponsibilities included supporting pharmaceutical product development activities, writing development reports, and contributing to FDA submissions. Anita also implemented a new risk-based product development strategy and facilitated development activities for cross-functional teams, resulting in cost and time savings.

Anita's earlier career includes roles as a Technical Development Researcher at 3M from October 2009 to February 2011, where they specialized in optical and mechanical analysis methods for drug delivery systems, and as a Research Chemist at Phillips-Medisize from January 2005 to March 2009, where they focused on new product development in materials science.

Anita's work experience began as an Undergraduate Researcher in the Department of Chemistry at the University of Minnesota from September 2003 to December 2004.

Anita T. obtained their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Chemistry from the University of Minnesota between 2001 and 2005. In 2015, they enrolled in the MAOL Program at St. Catherine University and earned a Certificate in Leaders of the New Millennium. In 2016, Anita pursued further education through Coursera, specifically the Software Product Management Specialization offered by the University of Alberta.
